Maybe she is supposed to be big, which is nice. Hence it´s a quick drawing, I don´t think it´s suppose to be perfect. When drawing hands, do that pose with your own hand and see how it looks like. The right hand, looks like a left hand. Keep on with the drawing.

Your proportions are a bit off thehead and arms are relatively slim whilst the body is large

True, i was going for a bit of a more cartoony look in this rather than realistic but i do see where your coming from and keep it in mind for future artworks. thank you for the comment :)
