love how the light from the lantern's being reflected on her
try googling images to find photographs of real models to use as a reference next time. that prevents the foreshortening from being off.
I also encourage that look think outside of anime, look up latino art, tinga tinga, russian constructivism, there's a ton of unique cultures out there that deserve to be explored more, so learn from them to take it to the next level.
I'm not sure what makes people think I didn't check this pose for plausibility. While I'll admit it's quite an unusual and somewhat contorted pose, I did make sure that it's possible for a human body to achieve such a position.
Personally I'm not a big fan of latino pop art or tinga tinga, they are interesting styles, but strike me as a bit juvenile in their development. Russian constructivism is actually a style I quite like to draw upon for it's sharp geometric look and bold solid colors, but this piece attempts to create a more traditional painted feel, drawing more upon baroque chiaroscuro paintings and classical turkish pinups. I do this while also trying to remain faithful to Kazuya Kuroda and Ayakura Juu's original illustrations of the character.
I have no idea what anime that is or who she is, all i know is that id rape her if she was real.
I'm not sure what to think about the rape part, but I'm glad you enjoy it. Just try to keep those hormones from going wild okay?
