Here's a... "painting" of mine from maybe last year or the year before, and yes it was made in Microsoft Paint with a touch screen. This is the one drawing that a teacher actually commented on, and I think he said something along the lines of "I knew people did digital art like this, but I've never actually seen someone do it."
