This was just a weird test of me doing a bunch of things I don't usually do while trying to see what stuck the landing and what didn't. Overall a very fun albeit messy piece to work on (also wow, I can't believe I hadn't done any sonky art yet)
the only thing I'm *really* happy about is the main sonic sprite since I got to a solid result in a very quick amount of time from a very basic sketch. The other elements aren't as well made but again, this was more of a bunch of random tests than anything
i really dig this! reminds me of encore mode green hill on a game boy or something

Looks like an alternate universe where sonic was released on the gameboy and then played on a gameboy color LOL I love it.
