This is pretty well done. The character design looks neat and also the choice of colors (for the character and the background) fits very well :)

Hmmm. I think you nicely captured Rayla's whole vibe of "confident uncertainty.
I also enjoy the your minimalist approach to her gear, in that each piece and part is simply rendered but you did quite well presenting them as whole.
