I have to agree with Kezooks earlier post, white highlights look abit odd. It's just that metal reflects differently, you should get reflections depending on the shininess. Or use the underlying color like he said. Anyway it's pretty good stuff man!

I like it how you understood the areas that need whites to describe the location of lighting.
Next time try using different shades of the primary color of your characters and use it to give another aspect of shading.
