Radiance

Background made in Photoshop. The clock is fully functional with the addition of a program called Samurize. Not exactly too much, or complex, however it makes a nice background with the addition of a customized black scheme. The colour scheme is a vibrant orange/red and fades towards the bottom as it is slightly reflected off a surface near the bottom. The top half is faded in order to allow the addition of a dock or any other desktop items for the best effect.
