As a grown man, I'm not afraid to admit this is adorable. It looks nice & neat, mostly anatomically correct (scale-wise), and the big eyes were a good way to make der Polarbär seem less dangerous.
Gotta watch out for those Ice Bears.
At first I wasn't sure "how much penguin beak was penguin beak" until I looked at the other character and realized they were eating ice cream sandwiches. I'd maybe suggest some extra shading for clarity, but then again I'm no expert on Ice-Cream-Sandwich-to-Beak physics, so I can't complain.

You're right with Sir Penguins sandwich, coulda drawn that clearer. Shading in this case
was really only spontaneous, some black ink I diluted in water, because only lineart seemed boring.
