Not Art
This is a terrible drawing, Now I can't draw myself with a Mouse but jesus!
The line tool is way to heavy and the drawing not too neat.
Besides, the Background is an Image. Which is forbidden when it comes to the Art Portal on Newgrounds. Perhaps if you shrunk the line or Brush tool It'd be much better. And Also try to add more features to the dude's face.
Overall, not a very good flash
