Devil and the Deep Blue Me

The first page of the first chapter of my comic, "Devil and the Deep Blue Me."

Very cool lines here, I love the color. I have no idea what's going on but it makes me want to read more of it so I'll check that out in a bit. I enjoy the way this is laid out and it looks like a really effective comic panel set-up you've got here. Very clear and understandable. The speech bubbles do their job well, showing the proper alarm for the one that's screaming. More than anything, I just really love the color on this page. Keep up the good work!
So...art aside, I'd like to point out the fact that it took like 3 solid minutes for this image to load for me. I may not have extremely fast internet but I mean...JPGs and compression exist for a reason.
Sitting here for 3 solid minutes to let it load is fine for me, cause I know and enjoy your work, but I mean, for the average joe, that's going to be really off-putting. It's a 28 MB image. It's unnecessary.
Just letting you know, that may be enough to make new viewers give up before waiting, especially if they're using a phone or tablet where the giant size may be a problem filesize-aside cause I mean, even on a 1080p monitor, this takes a good bit of scrolling around to see all of it in full-size.
Hope that is helpful.

DaisyDoodles responds:

That is EXTRAORDINARILY helpful! Thank you so very much! I'll see if I can re-upload it with a smaller file. It's something that never even occurred to me.

EDIT: This new file is a JPEG, approx. 1.5 MB instead of a PNG at 28MB. I'll be sure to keep this in mind for future uploads. Thank you for your critique. It means a lot. ^_^
