Low poly pixel style test with Sally Acorn!
(This is a reupload. I originally posted as video since I have visual issues with using a gif)
This particular style essentially takes a 16-bit sized sprite turn around reference and turns it into low poly.
To help sell the illusion of a pixelated look, several transparent texture planes are used to create "pixelated smoothing" against the sharp angles of the model, turning straight slopes into pixel steps.
