Well, you're better than a lot of people.

It's ok, but there's a lot of things you should work on. The first thing that drew my negative attention was the blond one's face(I dislike nearly everything about it- chin, eyes, etc). Second would be both women's panty-lines(It continues to bleed into the legs in the center- that is the major problem).

I think with some consistent practice with proportions you'd notice a change for the better in your abilities. And chances are you're getting that with the fair number of flashes under your belt. Try to stay out of comfort zones however.
