Commission for :iconHyperDragoonHX: of Dr. Charizard who has just accepted the "Doctor of the Year" award for his outstanding job.
Dr. Bowser doesn't look pleased with that even though he put so much work into being a doctor (though he may have used some methods to get through doctor college faster), maybe he would have won if he actually focused on doing his job instead of making it be a contest.
