Hi, you are 14? You have more talent/potential than I did when I was 14 so I just want to give you some constructive criticism.
I think your biggest problem is proportion and anatomy. Her arms seem extremely thin compared to her torso and back, and it's as if her hands were chopped off. If she's wearing gloves, I think you need to make it more apparent that she is by making the outline a little more visible.

I think the shading is pretty good, but I'm unsure what those black dots are.
I think the design of the dress is very classy and stylish.
