It been 20 Years since Pico Cousin came out.

I missed Pico Cousin Series it had alot potential, Otis is one of best Newgrounds Character.

I mostly prefer Otis more then Pico.

Pico = Mickey Mouse and Otis = Oswald The Lucky Rabbit of Newgrounds.

Team Otis! hes a baby.

This Year (2023) Otis has appear in Mugen (Made be me) and Portal Defenders Fast Break as Playable Character.
