This is my entry for the June 2017 C.O.T.M. ''styleswap'' !

The style I used was Tim Burton's style. He's one of my favourite artists, I truly adore his style and was surprised how difficult it was to recreate it, eventhough it may not look that difficult.

The character is Vivi from either Final Fantasy IX or Kingdom Hearts. When I looked it up both titles popped up so I truly have no idea, which is kinda strange.

This was also my first time experimenting with different textures so that was pretty exciting to do!

Also, the number doesn't really mean anything, but I thought it would fit well. Plus I like the number 19 ^^

Fantastic drawing and fantastic idea! Only, maybe the lines are just a bit too clean for Burton. but i'm not a pro though.
But otherwise truly great

Crickety responds:

I agree. I was planning on doing so, but it seemed wrong for some reason.

wow this is great, I think it really captures burton's style in a vey effective yet simple way. I wish you the best with this, I hope jazza will like it as much as I do:)

This is stunning!! But I might have one thing, if you don't mind and correct me if I'm wrong; but the eyes from Tim Burton are most of the times not clean circles, you are able to see a lot of outlines for the lines. (I apologize for my poor English and explanation)

Crickety responds:

Your English was fine, I understood it anyway >.< But true. I wanted to make it a little more ''messy'', but it seemed wrong for some reason. Not sure why to be completely honest.
