This was a little animation I made in Photopea (A website alternative to Photoshop). It's almost identical to Photoshop but it's somehow different enough to even be its own thing. The way that Photopea animates is very different compared to Photoshop (This is probably the third I said the program's name already). But there should be some videos over on YouTube discussing about this.
