Trapped inside a small room with padded walls. The cells already too small for one "Patient", but let's shove two and force them to share their intimate space ♥

I took a little extra time with this one because I want it to experiment with some background techniques. It is actually a 3D background and I accompany it with some of my own lines and shading making it a mix media piece. I even simulated the pressure in the tiles with physics so they look "realistically" puffy.
