How much stereotypical "kawaii" characteristics I can add to an image before it becomes a problem?

That outfit BTW comes from the Sims 4 from all places (I don't play sims btw). I just found it cute so I put it on Clary and the pieces just fell into place to make this. I've been learning 日本語, so far I don't know jack, I'm learning the lettering system at the moment so I can start learning grammar. It is fun.
