Try drawing on paper...

Because this is sad, blood is unrealistic and this looks plain ugly. Feet, if they are feet, are terrible. The strips on the shirt go off track, and you could've tried to wrap the fingers around the knife, and made the blood darker. There is also a font mode on Microsoft Art that well, lets you type the words, and change the color, style, size, try that out sometime. You could've added a body on the grounds where the head should've been. Well try to draw on paper next time, if you have good drawing skills, but just try it out, maybe it'll be better next time...
