This is a monster I had in my head for a while. I drew the outline of this thing, just never colored it until now. I don't care if the color palette is bad, I wanted this creature to look like this. He came to mind after I discovered a character named Charlotte from Puella Magi. I liked her design. To me, she looked like something out of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. I also used Peter Potamus as a reference to design this. (Looking at the finished drawing, this loosely resembles him. I thought this would've looked a little bit closer) Unlike Ayumu's initial design, I based him on the contemporary version of the Jellystone cartoon rather than the old one.

I call these creatures Sweetsneakies. In ten words or less, I would describe them as "LSD Cartoon monsters that protect the young." They can trick anyone. One feature that makes them stand out and tells you that one's a Sweetsneaky is the fangs. They use their fangs to drug/poison others if they pose a threat to them. These creatures can also shapeshift, but no matter what form they take, their fangs will always be retained and exposed. This is why when some go out in public, they wear a face mask to hide their fangs. This explains why they're so hard to find. They also thrived during the COVID-19 pandemic for very obvious reasons. Wearing masks is all par for the course making it easy for them to blend it.

They live in hiding from most of the human population on Earth. They have resentment towards human adults for being petty, impure, mean, violent, and sucking in general. They were also hunted for their fangs since their fangs are magic and can cast any wish you want. The Sweetsneaky society made rules for their magic. One of them being with the separated fangs, you're not allowed to wish for more wishes or abuse them. Anyone who breaks that rule will be punished by sweetsneakies in many different ways. Including death, becoming blind, becoming deaf, becoming unable to speak, and even having your memories messed with.

Scientists have recently got Sweetsneaky DNA from an independent monster hunter successfully hunting one. The body disintegrated but the fangs were left out completely intact. He wished for a DNA sample to give to scientists for one fang. For the other, he wished he could have better luck hunting more monsters. A week later, the hunter disappeared. He's pretty much as good as dead for making such a wish. #monster #magic #drawing #creature #species
