Professor in Space

Share

In this month's challenge we were to take one of the 3 options for the character and one of the 3 options for the environment and mix and match them together to create a work of art.
I choose for my character the option of :
A hairy professor
that loves to draw
who's wielding fire

For my environment i choose:
A green clean park
that is floating in space
and features
an alien race

Now in our scene we have our hairy professor; in professor like clothing of a bowtie, twead jacket with the eblow pads and etc, sitting underneath the tree, drawing in his sketchbook when suddenly a monstrous looking alien with 8 eyes( though you only see 4 because the alien is in profile) ready to attack our hairy professor, but what the alien doesn't know is that this professor has the power to wield fire! So he just calmly while still drawing, hurls some fire at our alien.
Our envoirment is floating in space like it was ripped out of the ground and sent there, you can even see the roots for the tree sticking out of the dirt.

BTW here is my WIP: http://christopher-j-rosado.newgrounds.com/news/post/963556

I been drawing ever since I was 5 yrs old, my parents said i went from stick figures to making more dimensional characters and in my childhood, whenever bored my parents would give me a sheet of paper and some crayons and let me draw. Ever since i was out of high school I haven't drawn much but last month i stumble across your channel and its really inspire me to draw again. This piece of art took around a week and a half, probability the longest it took me to do one art piece beside a painting i did senior year.

I would love to win but it was just great to get my creative juices flowing and draw again. :)
