Im not sure what those creatures are BUT, I love it. The snow looks so graceful in the sky and I love the fact that three horses (?) can pull the huge building.

A Common Theme Amongst Fantasy Genres
...That is, the notion that, even though their technology is supposedly far behind our own, they can still accomplish much more extreme feats. Here, we see something that looks akin to a portable mall. Couldn't ask for more than that.
My props to the artist. Lovely atmosphere, silly and enjoyable concept, and delightfully fitting color schemes. Bravo.
