We all start somewhere...
But anatomy is going to be for your first step. Your characters are uninspired from the previous sketches ive seen. Their is no originality (it is the same sub-par Big eye's small mouth stuff we are seeing chugged out from every hole on the internet) and everything you've done so far is horrendous on the lines of coloring, shading, line work, and perspective. You might get praise in deviant art, but that wont help you grow as a artist, take what is said and sculpt your work into something beautiful and orginal. I suggest Andrew Loomis's books on anatomy.
I'll be frank.
How does stuff like this get scouted?
Photocopied, coloring is admittedly terrible, bad use of markers, anatomy is completely wrong, sorry but this just isn't very good.
If you want to improve, better control of the marker you are using. Do not use a fine point marker (which is evident by the coloring) use a broader, bolder marker, study up on human body anatomy and detail the drawings.
Use shading, learn how to draw hair correctly and don't submit crap. But I can see your below amateur so following my advice is up to you.
This artist has not been scouted yet.
