Dad looks really good but the son looks really disproportioned and could use some work.

8 out of 10. Only because Dad looks more likely fat then muscular. As for son, his arms are too thin.

The thin arms were a stylistic choice, but I can understand why you dont like em. I guess looking back on it they dont look so great.
