That's no cylinder. Though, I'm not exactly sure what the name of that shape is. It's kind of a cylinder with a dome on top.
Anywho, that thing is a figment of Schizophrenic Square's imaginations called the "Imaginary Mocking Nothing Thing," which acts as an extension of Schizophrenic Squares insecurities and personal demons.
