Kind of a work in progress. I wanna learn how to make better walking animations.

Requesting constructive criticism.

When making a walking animation the feet have to move in an oval path, the body must bob up and down instead of staying the same height or else the limbs will stretch and shrink. (example when one leg is completely back to straight as if you were standing that's when the heads the highest, the lowest is when the character is standing on a single bent leg and the other foot is up.)

Before animating draw out the extreme poses.

the contact (when the first foot hits the ground and the other is sliding back)

the passing (when one leg is completely straight and the other is bent up getting ready to step) and then draw the same poses with the opposite legs.

Also when you animate, make sure that both legs completely rise ,reach the ground, slide back at separate times so you don't mes up and make the front leg become the back leg. The arms should sway too.

Well there's a free bit of wisdom from my animation classes. Use responsibly.

It's not bad, his head/eyes need to move while he runs and he needs a 4th frame for the running cycle
take mega man for example
1 - Both legs in
2 - Left leg out, Right leg in
3 - Both legs in
4 - Right leg out, Left leg in
