Tanned Beauty

Share

Meanwhile I have more time to do more drawings, I would like to share this oldie but goodie I made on Nov 2010. I know the anatomy on this has some defects, but I shared it still cos I'm pleased with some aspects of it.

Back then when I made this, I think I did this drawing of this character to show a good side of mexican girl's beauty. The other reason why I made this was cos I noticed some of my friends like a lot drawings of pretty girls. And well, who doesn't XD drawing girls it's always fun, and easier, because female body it's way easier to draw than male one.

This drawing...I'm was not very pleased with it at the moment, but well, it was my first real painting in years, so I think it's ok :) Also I'm not going to say anything bad about my art (as I always used to do XD) because I'm following the advice of Andrew Mattews of not critiquize yourself or say bad stuff about yourself or the things you do :D So the only thing I'm going to say about it's I really liked how the swimsuit came out, and that the skin tone isn't too dark, it looks like that cos it's supposed that sun isn't giving the skin much light, so no, she's not a cuban girl, she's Mexican.
