*Thanks for the front page!!*

The light faded as we marched up the cliff and into the cold, encroaching night. Upon reaching the peak, we turned to look back upon the warm, inviting glow of the coastal pub that had enveloped us only moments prior. “…Wow” Ockeroid whispered, in an Owen Wilson-esque tone, before turning to continue our long, black walk home.
As we trudged through the darkness, death a mere miss-step away, my boot snagged an arrogantly erect rock, jolting me off balance. “ARGHH!!!…Arghhh!!…ᵃʳᵍʰʰ﹗” I instinctively cried, as if the countless Metal Gear Solid game-over screens that had reigned over me as a young impressionable child were forever emblazoned on my mind unto Death.
“WOW!!! wheeoow!! ʷʰᵉᵒʷ﹗” Ockeroid echoed.
I snapped my head back with a piercing gaze, “Un-belieeevable!”.
Suddenly, a fierce gust of wind howled as it swept through our legs, stopping us in our tracks and ushering in a gleaming ray of moonlight betwixt us. Illuminated, our eyes locked. A visible sparkle of an idea glittered. We grinned.

Do you recall, 'behind enemy lines'? with Owen Wilson? Neither did Ockeroid, so as soon as we reached the house we rabidly looked up the trailer and watched it a gawk. The similarities to MGS were startling and combined with Owen Wilsons performance, hilariously jarring.
We remembered the rumours that swelled around the highly anticipated MGS movie, announced for production in the mid 2000’s, just around the same time as Owen Wilson was knee deep in action hero roles.
The idea clicked. What If Owen Wilson was cast as Snake? Then he’d have to be Liquid too? Wouldn’t he be better as Otacon? or Miller? or both? or…ALL...
Imagine a flashback to Big Boss, played by none other than Ben Stiller. And following his success with Zoolander, what if Ben Stiller Directed it? What if their entire associated circle of actors were also cast in the film? How amazing would that be?

And so, giggling like kindergarteners, we set to work. Ockeroid animating our Wilsonification of classic MGS lines while I scribbled away at movie poster designs. And by the nights end, The Metal Gear Owens were born.

It’s my first time ever selling any art that I’ve made (mostly because I just want one for myself, haha) so I’m not 100% sure how good the print quality will be, but having researched quite a few sites, RedBubble seem to offer one of the better quality prints.
