Block, Brick Block, Empty Block, Super Mushroom, Fire Flower, Starman, 1-Up Mushroom, Gold Mushroom, 2 versions of a Poison Mushroom, and 2 versions of an original shroom known as the Deathshroom. Touching it is instant kill.

I had to rate this T because the Deathshroom might be unsuitable for young children.
