I used Paint on Windows XP to create Phil. It did not take much time, and I did not put much effort into it. This is more of a pre-draw sort of thing. I hope that I can make Phil into a real sweet character and draw him with detail. (You can make Phil into something sweet if you were inspired, as long as you mention my original Phil)
