Ah, yes. The proper SATAM/Pre-IDW comics rendition of Robotnik. Fucking excellent. I love the weight and line quality. The gentle tint also really seems perfectly suited for the pose, as if he's staring into the heart of some lava reactor or some bullshit that he's concocted to try and nuke Sonic and gang, etc.
