New album drop from me and my friend KikiPotions (here and on twitter)!

Really wanted to wanted to make some cool art of our ocs together after Kiki decided to draw cool art of our ocs together parodying the album cover of Pac-Man Fever by Buckner & Garcia but with the two ocs you see here replacing them. It was really cute art!

Wanted to put a lot of effort into this one because I was really satisfied with how the background and characters turned out, so I figured I'd try to shade this one as I figured it would make the end result look a lot more high quality as well as it looking kinda empty without the shading akin to the original album cover.

I still don't think I'm the best at making backgrounds but I decided to go for a different (albeit more simplistic) background style because I thought it would fit the dark dimly lit kind of room the album cover takes place in as well as to not take any attention away from the characters themselves. While I do think it looks really cool I'm not sure if I will revisit this background style anytime soon so I can continue to experiment and see which kinda style fits my personal tastes better!
