Hi All,
This painting was made with Sketchbook because well...baby orangutans are cute. Plus I was looking for a subject to challenge my abilities as a painter. Turns out, this was a good one. The different textures like the hair and skin made for quite a challenge!
Yooo this is based and cool
Orangutangs are those kinds of apes who always remain cute. Unlike gorillas and chimps who become respectively majestic & friggin scary as adults.
Never realized baby monkeys have so many wrinkles around their eyes. I like the picture except the eyes, just seems a bit much on the line work.
Great job texturing the skin and hair. The face and how it's proportioned looks a bit odd to me though.
