I love the ability details. It adds a lot of personality to the character and really sells it as a video game character design!

Hey Gents! Here's my entry for November's Challenge of the Month: HERO & PET Design!
I've worked for a lot of game design for museums and my favourite topic has always been the outfits that people would wear whilst jousting! It kind of reminded me of a parrot and that's where I started off! :D
Parrots didn't feel very medieval so eventually became a griffin then a chubby little Hippogriff :D
p.s. I had written a poem in iambic pentameter for this piece but it went unusued, here it is:
The monsters beweep their grounded state,
Heads tilted high, jaws locked in their wide gape.
A firm concept, simplistic'lly aloft,
In Griffin's grip, he charges at soft flesh.
Piercing their awe, clean through. No contest.
I love the ability details. It adds a lot of personality to the character and really sells it as a video game character design!
Awww thanks very much! I figured since it was for a videogame I'd go all out and I was coming up with those ideas pretty naturally so I just had to :D
