Guro. I am pretty neitral of this stuff, but i still think it is wrong site for such art.
Still, attention to detail good. It's kinda disturbing that it is better than with other your works.
I think nose and mouth is too cartoonish, but it is not different from your art, really.

I don't care much for Guro if it is your kink then so be it. I dont kink shame however this is kind of funny since ive been playing The Witcher 3 "Wild Hunt" haha so nice job.

I give you 5/5 not for the guro but you've got a uniquely awesome art style. Pretty much why i followed you to begin with.
