The Golden Treads lore:

Zzzt..

Zzzt..

That's all you will hear outside, it sounds like some rogue untamed saw constantly buzzing non stop.

It's eyes gleamed at me, it's one blue cybernetic eye staring me down.

It raised it's arms of the ground and started bolting at high speed like some sort of motor powered unicycle. I ran back indoors only to see it tear the door down in utter seconds.

Buzz! And it was through chasing me down through my labyrinth of a house rampant.

It cluttered the floors of the residence glancing left and right making me feel un comfortable in my hiding spot.

In a deep echoing voice it uttered "Come out from where ever you are..." Sweat dripped as I ducked and dived to different rooms, "You know I will find you..." it seemed to have a intelligence at or beyond a human, it's destruction costing now at the ten thousands.

cool lore! I made some comments on the other creature you have and I think it applies here as well. I can imagine a pretty bleak world that's quite gray and full of empty houses as machines chase down the last remaining humans. a question would be what would the machines achieve with such a goal? interesting stuff and fun to think about keep it up.
