There's an old fishing village to the north. Not many know of it's existence or of it's callous denizens. The Fishermen. To them, nothing matters except their job. They will go through you or step on you if it means doing whatever task they have scheduled, or even targeting you en masse if you disrupt their work flow. They will not stop until the nuisance has been eliminated.
