Geronimo and Thea get fat on ice cream

This artwork is based on a dream I had 2 years ago about Geronimo and his sister Thea Stilton getting fat by eating ice cream made out of condensed milk from a giant bowl while camping alone in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Here, Geronimo only finishes half of his bowl and gets too sick to finish all of it while Thea finishes all of it, resulting in a giant fat belly and then she measures her weight on a scale.
