Used GIMP. The only thing I did not make from scratch is the sunshine effect in the center, above PROJECT. This is for a Facebook Page and Game I'm in charge of.

I made this at 3 PM, I was quite tired, but I finally got the hang of GIMP again, and can begin doing quality illustrations for Newgrounds much more easily. Any feedback would be loved!
