Bathosian Arctic Armor

Author Comments

UPDATE: Frontpage Awesomeness has dawned upon this frozen machine of doom.
I extend my jointed appendage in a sign of universal thankification.

Another fun robot picture, This time I wanted to experiment more with atmosphere.

The arctic scenery, the camouflage about the machine body, the crazy scoped giant pistol, the odd hunched design on the mech itself... Those are some of the main facets that I love most about this picture.

However, my true love is in the face. Beneath the visor of the mech rests a truly enigmatic face that reveals no emotion. There is no anger, no passion... just two dead empty eyes fixated on their next target.

In this picture as a whole, you really captured the essence of "cold blooded killer." Kudos.

A very good look into a robotic nightmare. thankyou for the review ^.^

Very good job! Love the realism of the robot and of the enivroment.

Holy Machronoid this is awesome. (don't know what macranoid is... but it's good.) I see a lot of this kinda stuff on deviantart, but the stuff here on newgrounds just has such better quality a lot of the time, and this most certainly is one of those times. Nice one mane, epic picture.

Artist-Lost responds:

I'm on dev art too, but Newgrounds has always been my first home.

fuckin sweet I had a dream about one of these just the other day. Dismantled soldiers being remade as cyborgs. Their arms/legs are all gone from mines and being severed by assailants and they are brought back in cyborg form with feet EXACTLY like that meant specifically for killing. They were women and men and were smaller for more tactile approaches.

Artist-Lost responds:

killer dream. I get tonz of them for inspiration. Try a scoop of peanut butter right before bed.

This is gorgeous!

Artist-Lost responds:

Why thankyou ^.^
