This commission continues the Detentionaire/Kamen Rider AU I’ve been [slowly] crafting. Being the first witness of K.R. Varanus’s inaugural fight against a student-turned-rampaging beast-man, Biffy Goldstein decided to follow the masked victor and saw him turn back into the local loner, Lee Ping. Upon the two ending up in detention together one day, Biffy confronts Lee about it and shares that he also knew about the experiments (Biffy at first dismissed them as a dream but the encounter convinced him of the validity). As a result, the stocky dude would promise to keep Lee’s secret and provide aid in whatever means were available. Not much later, Biffy found a case in his room that contained a Beast Driver with a letter stating that “the Dragon can’t do this alone”.

Biffy’s DNA alterations are now the catalyst the Beast Driver uses to turn him into the tiger-themed Kamen Rider Panthera. While primarily a brawler type, he can also harness the power of electricity (not unlike K.R. Stronger). He wields the Rai Souga Kote (Lightning Claw Gauntlets), a pair of arm-bracers containing retractable claws for electricity-discharging slash attacks.
