Here he is! Terrador!

He’s actually my favourite of all the Guardians, mainly because he’s got the most lines besides Ignitus. He takes over for Ignitus when the latter gets Cyndered at the end of ANB, but then gets bused along with the other three Guardians in TEN and DOTD.

There’s a load of detail on how Cyril was supposed to be both female and the Water Guardian at first in development, but the way Earth powers worked in ANB (right down to Earth having a wind-based bomb attack instead of something like stalagtites or whatnot) makes me think Terrador was supposed to be Wind Element at first, before they hastily changed him to look more rock-like. Like, his original back fins look wind-swept, bright green (like the spots on the original Terrador) are more poison or wind associated than earth, and the ridges in Terrador’s wings make him more areodynamic than his element would suggest. Sierra fixed the Earth element by giving it a flail and a ‘ground-pound’ ability in TEN, but I wonder why they gave wind abilities to earth in ANB...

Anyways, I changed Terrador to look more like the rock-boi he was meant to be.
