Hola! I did this picture for Street Fighter III's 25th anniversary and I did this picturebto celebrate it... And yes, I know Hugo didn't appear in the first game from that series but I was sure he would make the best spanker. And about the spankee, I chose Elena over Ibuki for her slender body that give a big contrast against Hugo's massive body.
