for me it looks a bit like those shadows are living their lifeless life doing the same shit all the time, every day not knowing what else to do. work, sleep, work, sleep and pay the payments of course.
and that tower: im sure all those fat ugly bosses are watching the scenery from up there, laughing their ass off 'cause they rule over this shit, getting money from those sheeps on the streets by letting them buy the stuff in their shops. and the world shows with the rain what it thinks about it: it's pissed off lol. and the shop in the right corner looks like the last shop in familyhands and not from any big companies or so ^^.
oh and are those katakana on the left side of the wall? i can't really read it 'cause of all the other details :/. would like to know what stands there.... (ii can only se rajii or so... xD)
