The last of the seven chibis I did for Inktober 2017!
Reya was actually the first of the seven to come into being. She was an attempt to return to an 8th grade assignment about the 'inner monster.' Which may or may not be a good thing with her place in my 'Nox' project.
Her kimono has been mostly the same throughout the three times I did a full color version of it. This was the first one where I shortened the sleeves to make it more of a homoungi instead of a furisode. This is also the first one where I lined the chrysanthemums to match the portrait (which is also my main icon!). If the kimono were ever to be real they would be stitched with gold thread or foiled. The obi has seen the most revisions. It used to have more sections, and the knot was different.
