Nice one, but more practice :)
I know btw do you know whene jazza is going to tell the winners of the C. O. T. M? And why he didn't told them yet. I'm dying of curiosity to see if i won even just, the runner-up. Swear to god that if i win the 1st prize i kill kim kardashian (jokes obviously) and im still working on that eagle i wanna reach 5stars and a place in the best drawings you know those drawing at the bottom of the page. That would be great.
The image intreges me. At first I was a bit underwhelmed by it as there are some perspective issues, etc. But then I started looking at it and started to see some really cool stuff. For instance, the curtain on the left side of the image. First of all it almost looks like it has been cut out in a traditional medium with sissors and placed on top of a traditional drawing which is really cool. I think it's due to the shadow. However, then I also saw the motife in the curtain which comes from it being transparent I guess? Still a very nice detail. Nxt I noticed the other curtain and how it flows around the window in a nice way. Finally I started looking at the windows. I love the design pattern. Especially in the wider window to the right in the image. The centerpiece makes me think of the badguy from the last diablo game for some reason with his two scythes. I am very sure that wasn't the intent but I got that association, almost as if there was someone/something there in the middle staring back. A little creepy now that I think about it, but still nice.
Of course there is things that could be better in terms of shading, etc. I think the main thing I'd like to have seen improved is the darkness of the shadows which are a bit too black. Further, you should try to visualize where the light is coming from and start thinking if the light, from that source, is or can hit the object you are currently drawing. Now the image looks extra toony because there are shadows a bit all over the place (Motivation for 3/5)
Regardless, an interesting piece :)
Thx for reviewing it i will do my best next time.
