I hope this actually works.... This is my Steven Universe character Rhondonite who's better known as her (current) stage name "Rhonda". Yes her gem is on her cheek and her scythe can be split in two separate ones with a quick twist in the middle and one of her powers is teleportation (without a warp pad).
