This was more of an experiment than anything. I've been coming up with a lot of ideas to do with the wildlife native to my home town so I decided to go collect some to put in some of my ecospheres (no animals were harmed in these) so I could run some tests on how their behaviour changes in captivity. In all of my years living here I never thought I would find a sea anemone, let alone enough to fill a milk jug (it's the only unit of measurement I could think of and no I'm not secretly an american spy who uses anything but the metric system (this is a joke please don't take it literally)). In the long run I ended up making it a daily thing to walk across the road to the beach and walk out into the ocean. I had no reason to walk out there but I did. For some reason I felt so free out there, it was like everything stopped except me walking and the waders flying over. Tonight I spent 3 hours out there walking and I saw quite a few familiar faces (birds I had released from fishing nets or other rescues). In short I have finally done as master oogway instructed and found inner peace. It's so surreal how shallow the water is and how the cold doesn't seem to bother you once you go further out. I'm definitely blaming this sudden realisation on why I have lost my streak of 3 days drawing as I've just been in the ocean instead of at my desk. I can't draw in the ocean! Or maybe.... its settled I'm going to do a painting in the ocean and I'm going to enjoy it!

P.s. sorry for the really long monologue
