That's right, I do pencil art too; sometimes digitally colored, sometimes not. Most of it is in this slightly more grounded, detailed style, and pertains to a secondary fantasy setting that I call "Almyrigo" (that's where my handle comes from.)

Maxie here was going to be a main character in a book series that more or less flopped because... well to be frank, I just have a ton of time-consuming hobbies already, and when I tried shoving "writing novels" into the pile, it just wouldn't stick anywhere. She's a creature called a "Lethiri," an elf-like humanoid with a wide gamut of animal characteristics. Very nimble, good at climbing, has keen senses and a long frog tongue that can snatch small objects in the blink of an eye. She isn't particularly strong, but also isn't afraid to fight dirty for a good cause.
